How do I clear the Cache and Data of my browser?

If you're having trouble with your Chrome or Samsung Internet browser apps on your mobile phone or tablet, you may want to try Clearing Cache & Data. This is like forcing the app to forget the background settings, and in some cases, it will be as though you've never set up the app before. It is worth trying to clear the cache and data when an app is performing in a weird way after a software update or application update. Follow the below guide for more information.

1 Head into your Settings and tap on Apps.

2 Tap on Samsung Internet

3 Select Storage

Select Storage

4 Tap on Clear Data to clear all temporary files. Confirm by tapping on Delete to finalise the process.

5 Tap on Clear Cache to delete the browsing cache.

1 Head into your Settings and tap on Apps.

2 Tap on Chrome.

Select Chrome

4 Tap on Manage Storage. to Clear Data

5 Tap on Clear all data and then confirm by tapping on OK to finalise the process.

6 Head back to your Chrome Storage settings then tap on Clear Cache
