How To Clean Mouse Urine From Fabric

Does anyone know how to get mouse/rat urine stains from clothing? I had my off-season clothing hung in my spare bedroom closet merely found evidence of droppings and yellowish urine stains on the shoulders of the hanging items. I tried regular laundering only the urine stains remained. Didn't want to try annihilation else until I consulted my friends. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yous might endeavor Pour Powder dissolved in h2o. Soak as long as needed. I just put an amount in according to stain. Be sure to dissolve. Have used on whited and colors.

I have had bang-up results with peroxide to remove blood on a handkerchiefs, on tough stains, I'll put them (white) in a cool whip bowl with h2o, bleach and peroxide and let it soak all twenty-four hour period... simply I can't become skillful results for mouse urine on colored wearing apparel since I can't employ bleach. Maybe I'll try it with colour safe bleach!

Question: Removing Yellow Rodent Urine Stains on White Clothing?

I just got my summer clothes out and my favorite white shorts take a big yellow stain on the pocket. Well, I'm most certain it is (mouse urine), I've washed them in Clorox, sprayed them with Resolve, and let them sit. This I take done more than once. The stain is all the same there. Should I give upwards? Or is there something else I tin endeavour?

Have you tried the same method of spray spot remover and then hot h2o with fabric detergent and bleach and allow the garment to soak in the washer for several hours even over night. You may demand to wash the garment another time to remove the bleach smell.

Well, unless this is a very sentimental or very expensive piece of article of clothing, I would but pitch it. If yous tin can't become the stain completely out, do you want to wear something that has mouse urine on information technology (even if it is not and so noticeable)? Just a thought...

I would put them in a bucket or bowl with hot water and a loving cup of Oxy Clean and leave information technology for a week or more. This saved a bedspread of mine with similar stains that wouldn't come up out.

Will it work on nylon.? I got a white shirt last summer and wore one time. The urine stain is the size oh a half dollar. I accept used vinegar and baking soda.

Information technology didn't work. I thought maybe Calgon and bleach. Volition attempt Cascade starting time. Wish me luck. Cheers!
